Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed do not include applicable shipping charges. All shipments will be made at prices prevailing at time of shipment.

Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise specified, our prices do not include shipping. PLEASE NOTE: For items designated "Free Shipping", the delivery charges are waived ONLY for the contiguous 48 United States. All freight is prepaid and most items are shipped via UPS. Please note that some goods can not be shipped via UPS due to their size or configuration, and a carrier specializing in such items is the means of delivery. All truck deliveries are made curbside and are not an inside delivery. Inside delivery can be requested at an additional cost. If you do not request this at the time of order and insist on the carrier delivering inside you will be charged for the additional delivery fee.

Delivery: Most products are shipped within 24 hours of order. Large quantity and custom orders may take longer.

Return Goods: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, all non-customized products can be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Once a product is installed, it is not eligible for return. All returns must be pre-authorized by You've Got Mail before shipment via an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. Upon receipt and inspection of product, You've Got Mail will issue a refund to the customer. A 20% return fee will be processed for original shipping fees.

Installation: Inside each box you will find installation instructions. Please note: You've Got Mail offers professional installation. Please check our zip code finder.

Warranty: Unless otherwise specified elsewhere on this Website, the warranty period is determined by the manufacturer of each individual product. For orders involving missing parts such as keys, flags, bolts and other hardware, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt for replacement. We will not replace missing parts after 7 days from order receipt.
