Trevor was the installer. He arrived on time, told me how he would install the post. He placed it in cement and as far back from the curb as possible. He was polite, professional, worked very quickly and did a great job.

My second go around with this firm and just like the first time, the experience was painless. Everything completed correctly and on time including cementing post in ground. If there is one minus it is the limited selection and the website is kind of clunky.

Excellent! YOU GOT MAIL made the process simple. Their website offers a wide choice of mail box posts to choose from. The owner, Diane, is very personable, helpful (especially with scheduling) and knowledgeable on her products and services. The installer, Anthony, was exceptional. A quick and sturdy installation was made -- 30 minutes approximately. I purchased a sturdy YOU GOT MAIL metal/wood post system for about $150. YOU GOT MAIL Installation Service is a separate product -- $150. You can purchase either one or both together. All costs include sales taxes. I highly recommend this business' products and services!!!! This is one stop shopping.... they do it all. If I tried to be a DIYer (aka Dagwood Bumstead) I would have taken much longer and incurred additional expenses (post hole digger, cement, nuts/bolts).

Excellent service and installation! Diane, who was my contact, did an outstanding job of explaining the process and monitoring the weather so we could pick the perfect day for the installation. She also offered helpful advice on mailboxes. Anthony, who removed the old mailbox and installed the new one, was one of the most personable people I've ever met, and after the mailbox was quickly installed, he made sure the work area was spotless by cleaning up and discarding everything. I would highly recommend You've Got Mail for mailboxes and, especially, service and installations.

You’ve got mail was great - very friendly staff from the initial phone call to the installation. Reasonably priced, were very clean with the install (we got it installed after putting down mulch and they even made sure to remove and then put down the fresh mulch for us where they had to dig.). They were knowledgeable about the custom mailbox I purchased elsewhere and did a great job installing it. They called me back and showed up when they were supposed to. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their new mailbox installed.

We ordered the Whitehall Balmoral mailbox from You've Got Mail when we heard about them from Home Depot. The price was very competitive, and estimates for delivery/estimation were accurate. Had a great experience with this business from start to finish when I ordered a new mailbox and installation services. Placing the order was easy and hassle free. A day or so after the order was placed I received a call from the owner, introducing herself, thanking me for my order and scheduling the installation. The team showed up with all supplies needed, including water, and they called to let me know that they arrived and when the job was completed a short time later so I could go outside to inspect the work. He even took the remaining piece of post and made sure it was in a secure place in my garage - so it wouldn't fall on my car. Wonderful service! I moved into a house and the seller didn't have a mailbox, but left a brand new one in the garage. I didn't know how to install, so I called YGT. The came out the next day and installed it. Within 20 minutes they were done. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who tells me they are in need of a mailbox installation.

Had a great experience with this company. They stood behind their install/product after a snowstorm caused the box to sag they came out and reinstalled it. Not a patch job or an ugly support, a new base with a slightly different design better suited for the box I had chosen. First rate people and first rate service. I will use them again.

Good job, but I would've given 5 stars if the pedestal was level and the base was concrete.

I should have asked (myvien fault), but was under the assumption that the pedestal base would be encased in concrete or I would have done the installation myself honestly and saved a bunch. Good thing it wasn't concreted in place however, since I was able to move the dirt slightly to level it for it was tilting forward a little. It was level from left to right though.

Otherwise, the box is great and the service was very good. Customer service was very good as well with communication of the install. They even installed while I was not home which was a plus.
